Bruce Shaibani is BJM’s Chief Operations Manager, focusing on the Lowes Service Provider operations of the company. His area of responsibility is primarily Northern California and Reno, Nevada, while  also overseeing the company's Lowes Service Providers ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets. 

 

Bruce first came to BJM in 2018 to oversee and strengthen the Lowes Service Provider program. He implemented processes and automation programs which in turn streamlined the everyday practices. He was also very active in the company’s expansion efforts into high growth markets. 

 

Before joining BJM in 2018, Shaibani was a Co-founder of Carpet Pros where he served as Director of Operations. He was instrumental in the growth of their Home Depot partnership, increasing the number of Depot stores from 3 in Orange County to 116 across California, Montana, Washington and Oregon.

 

When Bruce is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He is an amazing chef and loves to share his cooking talents with others.

 

Bruce has a Computer software background and 30 years experience in the flooring industry.
